    How do I kick them off?


    Actually, I can’t play any games because someone is signed into my account on another Xbox. I keep getting closed out of every game I play.

    To prevent this other person to use your profile on the other Xbox, please do these procedures:

    Step 1. Change the password of your Microsoft account.
    That way, the Xbox will ask them to sign in again.

    Step 2. Remove the console from your Microsoft account devices section:

    https://account.microsoft.com/devices?refd=account.microsoft.com

    Step 3. Remove the console from the devices that are linked to the Microsoft Store

    https://account.microsoft.com/devices/content

    Once you do these procedures, you may want to wait a couple of hours for them to take effect.

    what do you mean it says it on mine only i cant get to any of the ads including netflix,internetexplorer,youtube,and the game preview app the maxinimu or something sorry i dont know how to spell big words with the same letters in them but im just lucky to
    even get on internet explorer with out it kicking me off then kicking me right back on

    Do you really expect XBL, which has tens of millions as a user base, to miraculously kick off every player that gets a complaint filed on them as soon as it happens?

    As far as I am aware, as soon as you change your password for your Microsoft account, it will request you to sign into your account again no matter if you are signed in or not.

    The other way to kick someone off your account is if you sign into your account on your end. The system will sign them out regardless to sign you into your account as only one person can use an account at a time.
