How do I keep my digital pre-orders from being cancelled due to a delayed release date? Ex:...

The only way it would be cancelled, is if you cancel the pre-order. Just because a game gets delayed, does not mean your order would be cancelled.

Where did you pre order this from? Also, Did you pre order the digital download or disc version?

If you pre ordered the game from the microsoft store, you’ll need to Contact support to ask why your pre order was cancelled.

As mentioned, the release date has been pushed to a later date.

Cyberpunk 2077 Is now due to be released 19th november 2020.

EDIT: I now realise your order was cancelled because of the release date delay. You should recieve it in november now.

Although, It’s still worth getting in touch with support if you have any concerns or questions.

All Deluxe orders were cancelled as it contains the Xbox One version, and the date was changed on that to April

I really wish people would use their noggins. When you pre-order something you do it to ensure you have a copy of the game with the assumption that they will be sold out on the date it's released. Pre-ordering a digital game is illogical because there's
no limit on it due to it not being a tangible disk. Why do some people not get this?
