How do I just completely remove a Microsoft Account from my computers?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place (and let me know the right place if there is one, please).

I have two laptops. I keep getting told I'm having Microsoft Account problems and prompted to sign in. However, the email that account is with is completely inaccessible--deleted by the email site itself for lack of use (which is justified). I really don't care about accessing the account, I just want to know how I can remove the account from my computers. I tried, not really knowing what I was doing, but when I went to Settings to manage the account, it prompted me to sign in to the account--which I can't do, hence why I want to delete it.

How do I delete it, or at least create a new Microsoft Account with my new email and make that the one I have to sign in to do anything?

I tried that, but I reached a stage where I'd have to backup or remove a lot of data stored on my pc. Really don't want to do that--especially to solve something that's just really really annoying (the popups asking me to sign in to my Microsoft Account).

Hello there, it’s unfortunate to know that none of the methods worked.

In this situation, the best option is creating a new user on your PC, and migrate the necessary files and folders to this one.

Well, this did not work either...

I opened the Edge browser on a public computer and Bing had me signed in.

I signed out of Bing.

I went to settings and removed cookies and passwords.

I went to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ and removed the public computers from my Microsoft account.

I rebooted the public computer.

I opened the Edge browser and Bing still had me signed in.

I would really like to know how to completely sign out of a public computer,

so that other persons Bing searches are not tied to my Microsoft account...

I just did that but I still can't message people. Should I just remove my account from the Xbox (btw I live at a boys group home called HOC) and the computer if so how do i do that?
