I purchase rainbow six siege on my Xbox one on December 28 and I still have not received my code for rainbow six Vegas 1 and 2 and it's been almost 2 weeks. How do I fix this?

You would need to purchase them for the PC in order to play them on PC. That game is not a Play Anywhere title.
