How do I install forza horizon 3 on my pc?

Hello, I own forza horizon 3 as a digital copy and have it installed on my xbox one s and I am trying to install it on my pc so that I can use my wheel on it as it isn't an xbox compatible wheel and play with my friends but when I go into the xbox app it isn't showing in my library. When I go into the store it gives me no option to install it, I know the the game has been discontinued for new purchases, but I already own it. Can you help me with this as my friend doesn't own forza horizon 4 so its the only way we can play together? Thank you

Unfortunately if it's not showing in your purchase history, then it wasn't purchased on that account which would be why it doesn't show on the PC.

Check through your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com to make sure it shows the purchase on your account.

I have checked my Microsoft store library and it's definitely not there. I went on my Xbox to check if I definitely own the game and I can launch it on there, It's just not showing up in any of my pc libraries I have made sure it is the same account and it is.

Check your library in the Microsoft Store app. The game has been delisted, so it won't show in the store itself.

it's not showing up in my purchases anywhere and I've checked to see if it's a game share thing but it's not that. I remember when I got It a few years ago and it is a digital copy because I don't own a disk.
