How do I install a used XBOX One game?

I am about to buy a preowned XBOX One bundle from eBay. It includes 5 games (Black Ops III, Infinite Warfare, Battlefield 4, Tom Clancy's The Division, and Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain). I have never owned a console before, despite being an avid
PC gamer, so I have no clue whether xbox one games require codes if they are discs. Does anybody have a answer to this question?

black ops II

I bought 2 xboxs for my kids. How do I install black ops II on both from one cd.... I have 1 activation code and used it.... thought I could install on both..... is there a way to install nuke town 2025 on the other console

Fallout 3 code/game download help

I used my fallout 3 game code on the website and I can't seem to figure out how to install it on my Xbox one?!?!

You either purchase them as discs or you purchase them digitally from the Xbox store. Make sure you are getting actual discs or download codes for the games. Otherwise, the person might be trying to sell the games they've already purchased on their account.
You would not actually own the games in that event and buying/selling digital items is a violation of the terms of service so you would be putting yourself at risk for being banned. The other person may have left the console as his Home console which would
allow you to access the games, but if he were to remove that setting or you were to buy a new console down the road, you will lose the games.
