How do I have my game downloaded onto a different hard drive

Firstly, you need to have space on the main drive, even if you are not going to install it there, the app downloads and extracts the entire game on the main drive and then installs it on another drive.

then you need to authorize this installation in windows settings, in applications, in storage.

Thank you for the response. I have tried everything the support team has suggested short of reformatting my hard drive (I really don't want to loose any game info). Another question I have is if I download the game onto my hard drive and get different
issues (like the game itself freezes/wont load) do you think that is more of a game problem, system problem or hard drive problem??

It usually means corruption or a bad sector on your hard drive.

Best thing to do is delete the game off your hard drive then switch console off then on again.

Download a couple of game demos before downloading cod again. This should force the downloaded file to go onto a different physical part of the hard drive.

Ok, do you have a USB flash drive that you could download the game onto at all ?

If it works from the flash drive then we need to take a look at why it doesn't from the hard drive, just out of curiosity how much free space do you have on the hard drive?
