how do I have a negative balance on my jigsaw......this sucks......I had over 300,000......

When they said they had 300,000 servers, I knew they had SOMETHING up their sleeve, and I kind of assumed something like this, but you are right, it would have been so much easier to just SAY it during the reveal. I feel this is, and will, get overlooked
due to other negativity.

Look, this is just a random username. I've had LIVE since Beta over 8 years ago fool. I didn't spend them because common sense told me that their was a mistake with my Point balance. If you didn't redeem a code or add MS Points to your account then those
points aren't yours. Why do you think people have negative Microsoft Points balances now after they fixed the issue?

Ok, I hate to keep posting on my own question but...

It may be a negative balance. I use my father's paypal account (I live with my parents still )

I do know his password, and checked the purchases.

I bought DMMM: Elements for 20 dollars, but somehow it put him at -20.00 despite the fact he had the money for it.

And he recently added 20.00 to it. I'm gonna clarify everything with him tommorrow and see If its a negative balance or what.

I Uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw and then Reinstalled from Microsoft Store, I still have Negative Point Balance, I have Searched the various "Forums" to no avail.

HELP Please.

I have tried to follow the "HERE" link and follow the myriad leads to no avail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Jigsaw and still have negative Gold Bar Status, Meaning I can't download New Puzzles.
