    Can't Level up because of Mountain Dew Promotion

    So according to Doritos/mountain dew they goive you promo codes that gives you access to "double exp" well after using one...I can't level up AT ALL... Ive had the same exp and level for 15 games...

    worth noting that if you have put in a fair few hours or a certain time has passed you will not be eligible for a refund, as you have had a fair usage of it, if you bought it in error though you should be fine (or in your case you can't play it because
    of the kinect fault)
