How do I go back to Home Screen when I finish playing on the Xbox one S?

I want to go back to home screen on the one S to change the game. How do I do that?

To go home, press the X icon that lights up on the controller.

When I finish playing a game in career and im back at the home screen I can press 'X' to bring up the save menu. Hope this helps.

Dead pool UHD 4k disc does not play on the xbox one s. Goes back to home screen.

I have not had this issue at this time, but when I do go back to the home screen, when playing Forza 5 and other games, the animation is a
little sluggish and sometimes hangs up. Eventually it will go through and show a correct working home screen.

So ive been playing mw3 and mw2 for a while on xbox one x to finish them but every time i quit those games and get back on it all progress is lost and i have to start over. What can i do for my 360 games to save ive tried to uninstalling and installing
them back but nothing. Plz help

How exactly did you quit the games?

Did you actively press the Xbox button to return to the Xbox Home screen, and then used the Menu button on the running Xbox 360 game to and then chose the "Quit" command from the menu?

Or did you simply go to the Home Screen and launched a different game or shut down the console?
