    What do you mean by you can't? What happens when you try to connect to a network?

    Please also check your location and date & time if they're all correct.
    To access the system settings, press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select Profile & system > Settings > System.

    Select Go online.

    You should just go to quick match to play an online matchup. Or select online head to head or The Park My Career mode
