how do i go about requesting a forza 4 token?

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received the token to access the Forza Horizon 4 games after they were delisted. As long as you’ve met the requirements, you should be eligible to receive it.

It states here that players who purchase DLC for Forza Horizon 4 and a fully paid Xbox Game Pass subscription before June 25th, 2024, will receive a game token for Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition completely free starting June 25th, 2024.

Eligibility:

- Game tokens are sent through the Xbox Message Center.

- Free DLC does not qualify as a purchase for the game token.

- DLC must be purchased from Microsoft to qualify. DLC purchased from other retailers such as Steam, or sites that sell codes do not qualify for the token.

- DLC purchased during a sale or on discount from Microsoft does qualify for the token.

- A game pass subscription purchased on sale, redeemed from a code, earned as part of a promotion such as Microsoft rewards, or purchased from a vendor other than Microsoft does not qualify for the token.

- Unused tokens will expire on June 25th 2026

when you go to the forza 4 market place u will see the option for car tokens click on that and then it will come up with the option to buy 1,6 or 13 token click how much u want and then it will come up to confirm purchase hope this helps you

As I noted above, you will only recieve the token if you played the game via Game Pass (ie didn't buy it) and paid for DLC....if you have already bought the game, then you won't receive the token as the token is for the game itself, which you already have.

The token is nothing to do with Multiplayer or anything else...simply to own the full game.

As to the message, whilst I could be wrong, that sounds to me as if you have been given a ban either on the Forza platform itself or on Xbox Live. DOuble check that you haven't been given an XBL ban:

If you were given a Forza ban, you should have received an email about it..but that doesn't always happen. Best thing to do would be to contact Forza Support about it:

How long does it take to "load" the tokens. Been about 4 hours so far.

Would it also work if i just call xbox support and request that they cancel it
