How do i go about recovering an account i used to use on XBox 360 now i have just got an XBox ...

My XBox live account i used to use is linked to a Hotmail address i do not have any password for now (although i can have a good guess at it) and is also linked to a phone number that i do not own anymore due to this account being 10+ years old. How ever
i have just got an X Box One and would like to use my old account.

I have tried twice to have it recovered unsuccessfully due to not providing enough information apparently. Although i know as many details as i can remember about the account, i.e Billing Address, security question, E-Mail address, Friends on my friends
list etc.

I would really like to get my old account back but a bit stuck now how to go about it if it's not believed to be mine. The account is suspended now as my initial guesses of the password where incorrect, (i know for sure though it's a combination of certain
letters and numbers i just can't get the order of them right!) it's also been inactive since i last used it. I was hoping that would help in my case to recover it as surely it would seem odd for someone to want to recover someone else 10+ year old in active
account, also i only live down the road now from where the account is registered to. It might seem odd that i want it but i do! I have certain achievements on there, and would like to add to my gamer score, also just for old times sake i'd like my old gamer
tag back!

Some of the questions i simply can't answer, like who did you recently send E-Mails to from this Hotmail account. I don't know as it's over 10 years old and i don't recall ever really sending E-Mails as i used it just for signing up to things as oppose to
communicate.

Or what was the card details linked to the account, again it's so old and i have had quite a few cards since then i have no clue what it would of been.

Live Account over 360 and Xbox One

At the moment if you go to a mates house you can recover your gamertag on their 360, then when you get home you need to recover your gamertag back to your console (unless you use a USB Stick).

I am wondering how it will work with the xboxone? As I dont want to keep recovering my Gamertag everytime I move from my 360 to the xbox one and back again. Will it let you have your account on both machines at the sametime?

Recovering old Xbox 360 Account

Hey i was just wondering how I would go about recovering my old 360 account. Basically my 360 broke like 5 years ago and I got into PC gaming and just recently bought and Xbox one and my old account was set up for me by my uncle because I was like 14 at
the time and I have no way to access his email to get the account back. Just wondering what I should do if there's anything I can do?
