How do i go about getting a refund request canceled

I sent in a refund request earlier i no longer want it refunded

Would it also work if i just call xbox support and request that they cancel it

You can simply reply to the email confirming your request and let the refund team to cancel the refund request that you sent.

Once a refund request has been done online there isnt away to stop that within 48 hours of doing it you get a other email saying if they can refund it or not. If it fails the refund request then your all good, If they refund it you then be able to repurachse
the game with out having to redownload anything

Hi, thank you for such a quick response!

I never knew about the passcode ill be sure to put that on as we speak.

I have emailed the email back asking for cancellation as instructed so from here I think we are all good.
