How do I git a new xbox one controller

I am sure you don't want to hear purchase a new one. You can get used ones for a decent price or of course you can pay full price for one or you can try to win one. Many places have giveaways etc. I wont post any links for those services but you can do
a basic search and find the many options you have and there are a ton of them if you dont want to buy one. Some even give them away. Just do the research the info is out there.

If the reason you need a new controller is because your existing one broke, you might check if it's still within warranty and get a free repair or replacement.

Simply go to
https://devicesupport.microsoft.com and sign in with your account.

Then select your console that you use with the controller (register it first, if you haven't done so already), and then start an online service request.

In the first drop down menu, choose that you have trouble with an accessory.

In the second drop down menu, select that you have trouble with a specific controller model.

If asked for the controller's serial number, you can find that in the battery compartment.

If you simply need to buy a new one, you can find these online in the
Microsoft Store under Xbox Accessories,
on Amazon or other online retailers.

Or you can go to a local store that has Xbox Accessories.

Buy from the xbox store on your xbox. Or buy one from a open game store. There are other online stores that sell them if your buying from a online store . I recommend any trusted shops like amazon or the microsoft store. And there are alot of brands and
styles. Some brands are xbox, powerA, and RAZER. There are kinds for scuff and others. Wireless and wired aren't so different. The only difference is that the wireless uses batteries. Wired controllers use a cord or just a wire. Wireless can be good for if
