How do I Get Unsuspended

Well I got suspended because of my credit card was declined to many time when trying to renew my Xbox Live Membership, but I put money on my card now and would like to renew my membership/pay what i owe. Anyone know how I can do this, don't want to have
to get on the phone for this.

can I get help as o why I got suspended and how to get unsuspended

 

I cant messege send anyone on my Xbox One.

If you are suspended how long will it take to get unsuspended?

 

Oh I forgot to mention I tried to renew it with my card but it shows an error of some sort.

https://billing.microsoft.com/ and make sure your card is up to date there, but if that doesn't work, you will need to reach out to Xbox Phone Support by going to
support.xbox.com/contact-us

 

got the same problem i already update every info and reach customer support and they seem not to help me I dont know this sucks
