How do I get unconsole banned?

I am requesting to get un banned and communication banned so i can actually communicate and play with my friends on xbox.

How do i get the mic to work?

I have plugged the mic into the hub and also directly to the xbox 360 but the machine does not recognise that it is enabled both ways

Am i missing something?

Hi,

I don't know if this is what you mean but you have to select from the game menu using the joypad. The game then recognises this as a vocal game (in the same manner that it knows you are playing drums or guitar due to selection using the appropriate peripheral).

If it's a console ban, then there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding the ban. If it's temporary you would just have to wait it out. If it's an account ban, you can try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com

My little brother was playing for a few months while I was visiting my father and now I'm console banned I need it undone I did nothing wrong I will make sure he never touches it again

forums.xbox.com/.../2366.aspx but don't expect to get the ban reversed.

Your account is your responsibility at all times.

You will not get your console unbanned.
