    Hey Jordan,

    I understand how that would be frustrating, I would say that the best thing to do would be to contact the unauthorized access number as they will need to escalate this to be able to get your account unbanned. I know you don't want to have to contact them
    again but I believe this is the only way you will be able to get your account back.
