How Do I Get Unbanned From Xbox Live?

You'll get no sympathy here as the MAJORITY of the XBL Community does not tolerate nor condone cheating of any kind. The only information you need to know in regards to your blatant CHEATING is contained within the link below:

You have two choices:

1-Continue using the account you CHEATED on with no chance of earning any gamer score on any games played prior to the reset.

or

2-Start over with a new account this time following the rules you agree to (Terms of Service/Code of Conduct).

Personally I would prefer it if you left the Live service altogether. Your kind are not welcome here and I believe once a CHEATER, always a CHEATER. MS should permanently ban all gamer score modders, as that is the current resolution
for all other modding offenses.

How Do I Get Unbanned From Xbox Live?

When you sign into the account on your console it'll tell you how long your ban is for. If it says you're banned until 12/31/9999 then that's a permaban.

http://enforcement.xbox.com but if the enforcement team upholds their decision, you will not be unbanned.
