How do I get to talk to some-one. This is so ridiculous that if you are having troubles with your account, that you cannot speak to anyone. I've paid for things and then they take them away. NOt happy at all. If anyone has any leads as to a phone number in Australia that would be awesome.

So I finally got through on this link

But dont expect much as I have had my console for sometime (18 months) and it won't install updates or games when requesting, the update or download sits there and nothing happends and I do not know why.

Neither do Support but now I have had ultimate gamepass and a black box sit and do nothing from around september, cant play games cant do anything and they wont refund it.

They have replaced the console twice and same issue.

so please go to consumer affairs as I am so over xbox now.

i didn't mean pestering as such... i was just trying to type fast as website is a POS and it suddenly stops on me atm.

what i ment was its a couple of messages, you've not receive 30 harrasment messages which would cause a perminant suspension for the guy. (not saying 30 messages is cut off or anything you know what i mean though yeah?)

Cheaters are idiots, they always get caught soon enough they then get "Mummy or Daddy" to go on the suspension forum to cry and ask why they there son got banned.

Even though you can tell straight away by there spelling/chav talk u no wot i meen.

Sorry, but I laughed hard at point C. I have experienced abuse from one guy on XBL twice both in messages and the support staff haven't done anything about it.
