How do i get through to Xbox Support? I've got an issue that only an agent can help with

I've tried everything to fix this but i need an agent with access to fix accounts.

The request support functionality is completely broken on xbox.com, and everytime you get to the "request a callback" screen the function is broken.

The only time i've gotten to speak to someone was through Xbox Support on Twitter but they've said they can't fix my problem and it has to be an agent who gives me a call back.

I'm so frustrated at this point, my account expires in a week and i won't be able to use my Xbox after this point.

I'm gutted after 11 years that it's going to end like this.

May we ask for a screenshot of your concern? Please conceal your personal information.
May we ask if this is the link you use for contacting support - Xbox Support.
May we know if you have tried to use InPrivate window of your browser, different browser, different device and different internet connection?
Though no one here uses any advance tools that live Xbox Support uses that holds the answer to your query. May we at least ask for what account issues you were having?

I have called a live agent and got some Filipino with an American name that I know he or she picked out. None of them helped. I've done it on the web and console. I've been on a pc for 30 years I think it's not on my end. On top of that I'm obviously not the only person having this issue. Yiu get paid to be on the phone and email support, I how ever do not. Until you can compensate me for my time,I'm done wasting it.

Regarding support there is a work around to actually get through

When you get on to the virtual agent instead of going through the motions of trying to describe your issue, if you type in "talk to an agent" and select it when it asks "how can I help" it will arrange a call
back for you regardless of whatever issue you have
