    How do i get this disgrace of a company to replace a brand new non working controller


    Been trying for days to get a call back, wait time 2 minutes, nothing, nada, no web chat available, when I try to request a repair it says add new address, tap on that and im shown "oops something went wrong"

    This is absolutely disgraceful.

    How do I contact this company to get a working device i paid for?

    Why is the headset adapter so expensive?

    If you own an accessory that is made to be compatible with a certain brand...and it works with the brand you bought it for (XB 360) if that company puts out an brand new device (XB1), it it not that companies responsibility to make adapters for you to use
    older non compatible equipment on... it is the accessories company to make that adapter... how hard is that to understand?

    why not just go to Best buy and buy a another controller....??? if they replaced your console... and you sat there for 3 weeks with no controller? Sorry... I wouldve been playing that night on a brand new NON day 1 controller for sure

    Tried that, this is a brand new controller anda brand new headset.

    I've yet to try a Wireless Controller but if that doesn't work then my only option is to either get the xbox serviced which would take too long or get it replaced which would be expensive.
