HOW DO I GET THE YOU"RE THE BEST ACHIEVEMENT?

I HAVE COMPLETED 15 ACTIVITIES PURCHASED 8 STORES 8 PROPERTIES & 8 GANGS AND I DID NOT GET THE ACHIEVEMENT. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? & HOW CAN I GET IT?

How do you get the "silent" rating?

Just wondering what the specific requirement is for a silent rating? I'm assuming that no evidence can be left behind, and you can't be spotted on cameras. Does this also mean not shooting anyone but the target? Can you still cause accidents for other
people like guards, or push them down stairs?

How do you get the "silent" rating?

You must never get your cover blown or allow enemies to become suspicious of you..

You must only kill targets.

For non-targets you must use the sedative or kill them with an accident like pushing them off a balcony.

All bodies must be hidden or at least never found. Bodies of accidents can be found though.

If you are caught on camera you must retrieve the tape.

You must retrieve your suit at end of mission if you are playing any higher than normal difficulty.

If you look at the achievements and both achievements do show 100% but don't unlock after all this time best to contact xbox support. If achievements show 0% no idea how to get it done.

I seen the re-up thing but have a question. Do you get anything or just the achievements?

the best thing you could possibly do is delete your profile ( not profile and items )

and re download an up-to-date version of your profile from xbox.com this will

make sure your playing on the latest version of your profile. if any achievements are glitched,

then re-downloading will fix the issue.

Hi, unfortunately there isn't much anyone can do to remove the achievements. Having looked at your achievements, they are indeed unlocked and now saved to the servers. The only way to remove achievements is to get a Gamerscore reset - which is only given
upon illegitimate modification of achievements, and will remove ALL achievements, and will not allow you to re-earn them. You will also be labelled a 'Cheater'.

So it's best you don't go down that road. Hopefully someone else can give their insight into this problem - achievements unlocking themselves seems strange.
