How do I get the Xbox 360 games with gold onto my Xbox one?

what about when u buy arcsade games how do I recover them onto my xbox one for eg I bought plant vs zombies on xbox 360 hown would I get that onto xbox one

Currently you won't be able to play them on the One since backwards compatibility has not been released yet. Once it released (which should be the 12th of this month), the games should show as ready to install in your Games and Apps.

ok, say i buy a used xbox 360. i can get a free/paid avatar prop with it and transfer it to my xbox one, right? how would i do this? i assume the xbox 360 would have to be connected to the internet which means i'd have to disconnect my xbox one from the
internet and connect the 360 to the 'net. after i get the prop onto the 360 how do i get it onto the xbox one? also, during transfer do the 360 and xbox one both need to be connected to the 'net or just one or the other? not sure if i'd be able to have 2 consoles
connected to the internet at the same time.

That's not how it works Hairy. The silver account is logged in to the Home Gold console, so they get Gold benefit & access to any games from that console. The gold account logs in on the non Home Gold console, but they get gold benefit no matter what system
they're logged onto. The gold account can't be signed into multiple Xbox Ones at the same time. It can be signed into an Xbox One & 360 at the same time.
