How do I get the "What to watch" tab on my Xbox One Homepage?

I see that it was supposed to be part of the November update, but it never showed up on my Xbox One homepage. How do I set it up?

Its just like on the dasboard I believe on one of the tabs, spotlight I believe. The one that usually has the advertisements.

There's a couple themes and gamerpics you can get for free too.
