    How do I get “the outer worlds” for Xbox one to work


    Was creating my character, when I was done editing facial features and wanted to continue to edit the name I was immediately hit with an infinite loading screen. Console is upto date and working fine

    Hi Josef I have the Xbox one X , I’m not sure what insider build/ betta OS is I downloaded it from “game pass” so I’m guessing I don’t have that, I’m guessing it’s internal storage as I don’t have any other storage connected upto my console, I have played other games after this incident and they seem to be fine

    Are you using an insider build / beta OS in your console?
    Is this happening only with this game or if you try a different game something similar happens?
    Do you have the game installed on the internal storage or did you installed the game on a external drive?

    And tell me what did you tried so far to fix this
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    To try and fix the issue I have restarted the game multiple times and also restarted my console
