    How do I get the new so called 'update'


    I bought the game yesterday on disc, I have already put in a little over 5 hours, I haven't seen the new 'update' (quoting it like that because you shouldn't have to pay 20 dollars for an update...) I haven't bought any dlc aside from the Halo one on the
    360, do I have to own the game for longer than 12 months and have over 5 hours on it or something?

    I'm in the preview program but for some reason I didn't get the update that came out in June.

    How do I get the new update?

    Did you read the message Xbox sent you where it instructed you to opt in to test future updates or remain testing current ones? If you did read it, did you follow the directions on it?

    As long as you play at least 5 hours by January 30, 2018, you'll get the update for free. It'll show up as free in the store for you to download, but it can take a few days.

    Can't process the update

    Its a system update. My old xbox is able to play online and has all the new updates but for some reason my new xbox gets an error code everytime i try and download the update that pops up. So my new one has no access to xbox live at all. Thanks I'll call
    that number tomorrow and see how that goes
