How do I get the discord web page to work

Hello Damiab, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the page.

I'd say first to double check the web address in the search bar. If it's not strictly https://discord.com then delete the rest and try again. It could be trying to load an older version of the page.

Another thing you can try is to clear your browser's cache. Please note that this will log you out of all sites that you are currently logged in to.

Hi, unfortunately this didn't work. I tried a regular restart, hard restart, and a reset. It seems like something has changed on the Microsoft Edge side that is now breaking the Discord web page or vice versa.

Hello, I'm having the same issue as Nino, but I've bought my Discord nitro myself.
I get the same error message: "check the instructions that came with your code, you might need to redeem it on a different web page or device, or you may be ineligible to redeem this code", I've never had an Xbox game pass before, but even after creating a brand new account to test if it would work I still got the same error message.

I read through Discord FAQ about the Xbox game pass and I should be eligible to redeem the code.

Far as I know there isn't an Xbox DIscord App. When you claim the perk, there will be a QR code (or whatever it is)...you need to scan that with your mobile device nd, assuming you have the mobile Discord app installed on your mobile, then you it will redeem.

Alternatively, if you have a PC, just go to the Xbox App on PC, click on the perk and it will take you to the Discord app or web page to redeem.

I tried following the tutorial at the bottom of this page:

if it is in how I have it set-up in general......
