How do I get the add-on on my xbox console?

We need to make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account.

Please follow the steps below on your console:

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

Once you locate the order transaction it should be visible as redeemed or completed. Please let me know once you see it and what is the add-ons so I can let you know the next step.

In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).

Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install.

Select Install, to confirm the installation.

You are selecting the option to add a new console instead of adding an existing console. On the Xbox app, click the console button in the top right, and select "Add an existing console" instead of "Set up a new console".

I get the Ads. but I have no idea why/how I get them. I get them for Canada. Home Hardware Ad's. My friend lives in Canada Too. But his will not be the same.

As far as I was aware, on the Xbox version of this game the board ads were automatically pushed via the EA servers. I remember years back on the PC version that you could download boards specific to the city the team was located. That is not possible on
the Xbox version.
