How do I get someone who understands English on support

Recover using your Alternate phone number or email address:

1. All you need to do is to go to https://account.live.com

2. Click on Sign in

3. Choose sign in options

4. Choose Forgot my username from there you will be ask for alternate email or phone number that you use with that account, if you enter it correctly then you will be able to see the right email for your account.

But how to get the Russian version?
After all, the store has all the description in Russian.
I bought it, only the game in English was.

My guess is someone who English is not their primary language. All they see is "Web Site = $$$" and do not understand any concept of marketing or audience. Along with a handful of other issues.

It's spelt "realise" if you are going to try & argue with someone in English at least learn how to spell.,English is my first language because I am English,i was born in England & I live in England so do not try & lecture me in the English language,you will
lose.

Again,if the system was flawed there would be millions of people complaining but there isn't,there's only a few kids who will not admit to their mistakes & blame everyone else but themselves.

I could go on but I doubt it will sink in as you refuse to listen & you don't understand how things work anyway.You could always get an adult to explain things to you in simple terms.

Judging by your comments on here the enforcement team were 100% correct in banning you.
