    How do I get rid of the transparent box on the bottom of my screen?


    How do I get rid of the transparent box on the bottom of my screen? I've restarted my console and its still there. And now my controller wont bring up power options when I hold the button. Getting really tick that everything is messing up.

    Netflix Voice Command Menu Bar won't go away

    For some reason, the voice command bar - that transparent bar that pops up on the bottom of Netflix to pause, rewind, etc. - keeps popping up on the bottom of my tv while I am watching a show. I keep exiting out of it, but it keeps popping back up.

    How do I turn it off?

    Try doing a hard reset on your console. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds or until the console shuts down completely. Let it set for a couple of minutes then power it back up. Let us know the results. Good Luck!

    Home screen

    There is no way to get rid of the advertisements on your home screen. If you highlight an ad, press the menu button on your controller then click on show me less. But you can't do this on every ad. The only thing you can do is make tiles transparent
    and not to pin games to the home screen.

    No that's not what I meant. I meant that the K2 is so tall it might cut into the bottom of my screen if I don't raise the TV that's why I'd like to know how big is it. My tv is on it's in box stand on a flat unit so the bottom of the screen is only a few
