How do i get rid of the new Xbox Dashboard??? The orginal one was perfectly fine..

I've been with xbox for 14 years, this is the worst Home page design yet. Lets be honest, its all ads now. It is the microsoft store home page forced onto customers dashboard. I pay for gamepass ultimate, but now I have to scroll past ads for ultimate, ubisoft+, disney+, movie ads, and club recommendatios that I don't want before I can get to my own tabs. Another big negative about this design is the lag, my dashboard was very minimalistic due to my average internet speeds but now it takes minutes extra before my dashboard loads all these ads and recommendations.

I’m irritated by it as well, that you can’t add and edit your own layout, but my solution to avoid most of the clutter? Just don’t go below ‘Games’. Until they clean this mess up, and add back some level of layout customization.

I've been supporting Xbox since day one. I have a 20 year subscription. I liked the old menu, it was a good tie of your personal things and menus for the store and ads. This new dashboard is rediculous. I'm going back to PlayStation because of this and Microsofts complete lack of listening to it's users. You were losing the battle, now you are going to lose old users and new ones won't dare. Don't "I like it and see how cool it is but you deserve your opinion" to me. Either listen to your customers or go the way of sega. it's intrusive, and I used to use the old dashboards layout as a plus versus PlayStation users. Now there's no argument. Good thing I saved my series x box to pack up and roll out. Listen to your users

Hello. The simple answer is no. You can't get back to old xbox dashboard except if they release a feature to switch between dashboards in the future .

It's objectively worse. There's no "two-sides"ing it. It literally removes everything the UI had going for it, and replaces it with ads.
