    How do I get rid of someone who is an organizer in my family that shouldn't even be there?


    My little brother is set up as the family organizer despite me never even setting up a family, and with me having set up every Xbox I've ever owned. I think he might've done this a long time ago behind my back. How do I remove him from the family, or even just delete the family? Oh and btw it says it's my family, but I can't remove his account because he is apparently an organizer.

    Can’t leave family

    I do not know who the organizer is. I have had this account a-while ago and I do not know who the organizer is. I would like to leave without the organizers consent. There is no way of me knowing who the family organizer is, so I can not leave.

Before we attempt to assist, please confirm if this is specific to a Microsoft related title, such as Minecraft. If this is strictly a PS4 error, you will need to contact Sony support.

    If you are having errors with a specific Microsoft account, you may view Find your Microsoft account email.
