How do I get rid of family restrictions?

I made an account and if I am correct, I used one of my emails as the parent. Sadly, I used a random year as my birthday and now I'm stuck on my PS4 with this account and I can't add any friends. I need to cancel family settings, find the email address I used or somehow log out and successfully log into a different account on my PS4 (it says I have to be logged in as not my other account). PLEASE HELP! I CAN'T DO ANYTHING!

Before we attempt to assist, please confirm if this is specific to a Microsoft related title, such as Minecraft. If this is strictly a PS4 error, you will need to contact Sony support.

If you are having errors with a specific Microsoft account, you may view Find your Microsoft account email.
