    How do I get rid of all this ‘stuff’ on my X Box One S?


    I have reluctantly moved over to the X Box One S and while it has a few, (limited few) perks over the X Box 360 it has far more clutter and obnoxious
    items that I simply do not need or frankly understand.



    It is bad enough it automatically ques whatever game you had last in the main screen which is in itself annoying but I have no use for, “Community”
    or most of the, “One Guide” and find your store to be a dismal disappointment. In fact, I have gamed less now that I am on the One S than at any other time outside of military deployments.



    So I would like to get rid of as much as possible starting at the, “Home” screen. Home screen, it is like I am in a rental that I have no understanding
    of? I don’t require, “design lab, check out your gold benefits”. The three boxes down the right side of the screen to including Major Nelson. I hate OneDrive, Movies and TV, Groove Music & TV.



    On Community, I will never have anything to share and do not want my console to copy of record my gaming. Clubs, suggested for you, Trending, Oh
    look more Major Nelson, YouTube again, and oh boy a video clip to lure me into Battlefield 1.



    I don’t want to view what others have shared, what is, “Popular now” who unlocked what achievement what clip, X box made or anything else on this
    page. It can go away and I wish it would.



    One Guide can go, don’t need it, won’t use it I have an antenna thank you. Hate sports and celebrities.



    So please let me know or send me a guide or direction on how to disable or remove these items from my console as soon as possible.

    Error code 0x80070490 on an X Box One?

    I am getting this error on my X Box One and all support items show it to be for 360. Is this an X Box Live issue? How do I resolve it?

    My account got hacked.

    This is funny that your issue got fixed. When I called X-box reporting the same issue of being hacked they said right away this wasn't their fault and seeing the date you posted this makes me even more pissed at the response I got as I made the report on
    the 25th of January. The guy was no help at all and the credit card on file I finally got removed after putting my paypal as a replacement payment. The card that was on my profile was my mom's and I didn't have an x-box for months so this whole time X-box
    was pulling money off my mom's card. They said it wasn't their fault... Not their fault... I love X-box and I recently had to get rid of my X-box and now checking my profile here this thing had been pulling money for months and I had no idea it would do this.

    So I am debating if I want anything to do with X-box. Not only could they not remove debit card that got robbed they wouldn't fix anything. I have finally the means to get another X-box, but why if they blame you for someone hacking your account and buying
    stuff? X-box, you made me mad and made me cry. Please fix this crap or your just going to lose another fan.

    dolby atmos on xbox one s

    I Know it works the same way on all consoles, but for some games its only for the 'x box one enhanced' umbrella. DTS X is irrelevant because its not in games thats only for blu ray output at the moment. For example, i bought shadow of the tomb raider
    on my base model x box, and atmos audio is not supported on the base model x box, on the x model only, and possible the s, not sure about that. I confirmed this in a phone call with microsoft support, which i made because i wasnt geting atomos with it. I
    also confirmed this through the forums. Apparently you weren't aware that not all games with dolby atmos for x box have it enabled on all consoles, sometimes just the higher ones, unless it has changed in the last six months. I need to know if the atmos
    enabled games that dont support atmos on the base model x box but support it on the x box one x, also it n the s box one s also, so i can buy one to have atmos on all available games with it. Its NOT available for all games that have atmos on the base model
    x box . If you could find this out i would be very happy.
