How do I get replacement headset

I also posted that my Wireless Headset broke in the same exact location and way that Big.Sugar's did. You can see my pics at the bottom of this post. I also tried to get a repair order started on mine and the Microsoft website won't let me. My headset is registered and still under warranty. How do I get this defective mic arm fixed or replaced?

Well, there would be two options left.

One is that you wait 24 hours to verify that it is a problem with the platform at this time.

You will see a list of all your devices. Can:

Select the device and then select the Register button, or

Select Register Device at the top of the page.

For both options, a Register Device pop-up opens. Enter the device serial number, check the privacy statement box, and select Confirm.

You will receive the message "Device added."
