how do i get pv6

IPv6 support starts with your ISP. Contact your internet provider to see if they support IPv6.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but when I look up wireless connection status with my laptop it says pv6 no internet access. I think it might have something to do with why the xbox won't connect to the wireless.

It's a different class mod. There are two legendary classmods for each character: a "Slayer of Terramorphous" and a "legendary *chracater* class mod" i.e. Legendary Soldier class mod.
