    Sorry to hear it. Please try powercycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. If that does not work then you may need to try deleting then redownloading the game.

    If you are on PC then launch the Store App and click on Updates and see if there are any updates waiting for the game

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. The first thing I would want you to do is check for updates on your computers :

    How to get software and driver updates for Windows 10

    Afterwards, try shutting down your pc and re-logging into your account. Do this even if your PCs were already updated.

    Hello there,

    Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. As long as your PC is running the latest update (version 1903), you should be able to right click the console companion app to uninstall it.
