    How do I get "New Xbox One Experience"?


    My console doesn't find the 13.11.15 update. I do not find any update and still have a 6.xx firmware version. How can I get this update online? What can I do that my Xbox will find this update? Thanks

    We should automatically get it when we play online. I just don't think it is showing yet because their system is borked...

    Hi there,

    your Xbox One console is connected to Xbox Live. Correct?

    To be sure please run a network test on the console and let us know the results.

    Usually you should be able to check for updates via Settings - System - Console info if there are any updates waiting.

    Thanks for answering,

    yes, I'm succesful connected to Xbox Live and I'm also Gold Member. I can play online with others and network test is also succesful.

    I checked this via Settings - System - Consoles and got only the message, that "I'm up to date" and there is no new update. As I told, I have FW 6.XX

    If I remember correctly the NXOE was being released in waves. It is quite possible that the update hasn't reached you yet.

    However, why not do a power cycle of the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds to see if maybe it isn't just stuck somewhere on the net. It probably won't work but is always worth a try.

    I've got Version 6.2.13332.0 on it. Could this be a part of the problem?
