How Do I Get New Userid on Same Laptop to Access Games

I am in the process of setting up a new userid on my laptop. I've shared the Users information between the old and new ID and that migration (while slow) is going well.

I noticed that my games (Microsoft free ones and a G5 game) are not listed on the apps. How do I provide access to the new userid?

Please explain a bit more your situation, for example:

For example, when you say "userid" do you mean Microsoft account?

What migration is the one that you're referring?

In that way I can advise you better

If I understood correctly you have right now two Microsoft accounts
One (the old) and the other was created recently.

Correct?

If that’s the case, you need to sign in with the account that owns the games in order to install them

I'm migrating from old email to a new Outlook one. Both users are signed on this laptop. If I look at the installed apps on the outlook email, it doesn't show the same apps as the old email. There are 5 Microsoft games that don't appear on the new outlook apps list plus a G5 game and a couple of other apps.

Do I have to do another install even though they are physically on the same laptop?

when I sign on to xbox.com with the same email as I use for the console my userid matches my gamertag. However when I try to link to the forums using that acct. I'm not allowed access......My gamertag on the console is OldBull66..I hope this helps.
