If you submitted a case review on the enforcement site and the enforcement team overturned their decision, you would need to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff. Otherwise, if they denied your appeal, you will not be eligible to rejoin the program.

I understand this situation is frustrating for you, however, I would like to let you know that no one in the community forums or someone from Microsoft support is capable of assisting with enforcement actions.

As you already appealed to the enforcement team and your request has been denied, I’m afraid to say that you must wait until the suspension ends, and then you can try to join the ambassador program one more time if eligible.

Okay and who do I talk to about getting unbanned from the ambassador program because I joined a while back and got banned for my profile picture that wasn’t violating any rules or TOS and I got removed from the program because of it

Nothing you can do if you had an enforcement action while you were an xbox ambassador you can never rejoin

i had a 2 day ban due to game clip but it does not have the appeal option so what do i do from there. it does not tell me what clip, but how can i get a ban due to a clip from a game on their system. it also caused me to be removed from the ambassador program. so i am looking to find out who i contact to appeal my ban as i find it unfair.
