    How do I get my xbox account data back?


    How can I use my game storage? I don't understand what is going on with my account, but I haven't used it in a while and when I opened it back up on my series x, it acted like I was brand new to Xbox. I still have my achievement progress in games, yet i have no achievement history. I have my xbox clips, and some of my message threads don't have any messages in them. When I check files for games, there is storage that is used for my account data, but in the actual game there is no sign of me ever playing. Am I able to get my progress back?

    I signed into my Microsoft account but there was no change in any of my data.

    To reopen your Microsoft account:

    Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in.

    You’ll be asked to receive and enter a security code. After you enter the code, your account will be reopened, and your Xbox profile, along with all associated games, music, and video, will be available the next time you sign in to your console.
