Please note that this is a public forum, I will be responding to you in short period of time and I apologize for a delay in response. As I am merely a user trying to provide insight and information that may be helpful.

Your worlds on PC will not sync on Xbox because they are different platforms, except for Realms. The data you are seeing on your console is the progress you have on your Xbox cloud saves for this account. Please try to check your cloud saves, and confirm if the data is the same you see in-game.

1. On Home, select My games & apps.
2. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, then select Manage game & add-ons.
3. Select the Saved data box.

Hello THWRLD, by your description you must have subscribed your save from the cloud to the console.

If you've already restarted the game, or even restarted the console and the save didn't come back, unfortunately it was lost.

I am having the same issue. I didn't make alot of progress from the day before but i did manage to get a couple hours of play in and when i went got off the game i saved it and it said that it saved. When I went back on to play again all my progress had
been gone and it was back to the last place that it had auto saved at. I even go back and finish everything again as far as finishing the map since I uncovered the whole map before i started to build anything.

The levels reset with every Season, the last one started in Dec. 6, 2023.

Please, open a support ticket with Activision to reactivate your account progression.
