As you probably don't know, we don't have access to your data and accounts here, so I can only offer advice based on my knowledge and experience.

I think you should contact Epic support or official Xbox support and ask for more information about it. They are the ones who can check your account.

when you login to your console, you can download all your games and apps. You will find it under my games and then ready to install.

Just sign in with the account email you had before you reset your console.

Then everything will be under "Ready to install" in your Games and Apps.

You can also sign in on
https://commerce.microsoft.com and check if you see your purchased stuff there. If you don't, you have used the wrong Microsoft Account email.

If you see your purchases there, use that email to sign in on your resetted Xbox, and you can then download your games again, and your savegames will synchronize from the cloud as soon as you launch an installed game.

Just a friendly reminder though that in regards to your concern you may need to reach out to the console support so they can guide you with the troubleshooting steps needed if they were able to perform the necessary steps they will be able to check if you will be needing to reach out to the game support which is Mojang that have the capability to check your in-game account.
