    How do I get my PC saves on cloud gaming?


    I've been playing Fallout 76 on Gamepass recently with it downloaded to my Pc. I wanted to play with my friend, who is on Gamepass for mobile. We figured out that the only way to do that was for me to use the game streaming feature with Gamepass Ultimate. But when I did this it started me out in a completely new save and restarted me at the beginning of the game. I just need to know if there is a way to take save file from my PC's local storage and transfer it to the cloud so that I can use it for cloud gaming.

    Some games are available for PC and Xbox, but are not the same edition of the game, that's why you can't join your friends on a different platform, this applies also on cloud, as when you play on the cloud you will play the console edition and not the PC edition and if the game has not cross progression enabled you won't be able to use the saves from the PC on it

    Unfortunately the PC version of Fallout 76 is not cross save compatible with the Xbox version of the game. If you play on GamePass streaming or an Xbox console you'll have to start at the beginning.

    The local Forza Horizon 4 save games are located here:

    C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData

    There should be a wgs folder in there which is the save folder.

    Not entirely sure how to get the local copy synced to the cloud without the cloud over-riding the local copy though...way beyond my ability to understand
