    How do I get my new console back onto the xbox preview program that I still am in


    I really just want to get whatever I need. Possibly the message to download the app again because I am an xbox preview member and would like to get the new console I bought back in it. Is that possible??

    XBOX Preview Program Issue

    I was a member of the XBOX Live Preview Program on my previous XBOX One console. I then had issue with the console and purchased a new console. The Preview Program is not on the new console so I am unsure how to get it added back on. I would assume that
    the Preview Program was linked to a person's gamer tag and not the console itself. Now that they apparently have halted people from getting into the Program, I can't seem to get back in, when I was a member before.

    Finding someone affiliated with the Preview Program itself is like pulling teeth. Anyone that can help provide some insight as to who I need to contact to get the Preview Program app added to my new console, I would appreciate it.

    Hi BoundingMilk,

    The preview app should be in your "ready to install" list at the far right of your apps.

    You would then just need to register the console from within the app.

    The preview forums can be found here
    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx     they really are the best place for help and info with the preview program.

    Unregister new Xbox preview

    I have tried to unregister from this preview program as my console was replaced and I didn't register the replacement. I am still getting preview software and support advises that I am still on the program even though I unregistered from the console. The
    surround sound functions in the console are completely broken and have been for several weeks. Can you please get me off of this program and advise how I can get the console back on released firmware?

    I never opted in for preview dashboard, yet xbl says i'm in it

    I've not had an update from the preview program. i'm not on a second hand console. i don't have the preview program on my console. if it isn't on my console how do i get out of this program? How did i get into it in the first place? i went to the forum
    to get help but it said no such group found. i checked my last updates and i've not gotten any updates from a preview program. i'm a little bothered i've been enrolled without me authorizing it.

    I deleted my xbox preview dashboard app message by accident

    I'm part of the preview program, but I don't have the dashboard app... do I need another invite, even though I'm still part of the program? I still have the Xbox One Preview Registration app on my console as well. I just really want to be able to leave feedback
