How do I get my money back?

Okay so I have a weird issue. I had an xbox a while back that red ringed and I lost my account and all saved games and what not. Now I bought a new xbox and the issue I had was I forgot the email address I used on the old account so I had to make a new one.
But now I noticed my bank account was charged $60 for an auto renewed xbox live subscription for the old account that's gone. I can't cancel the auto renewal service since I don't have the email for the account but I want my $60 back since I'm unable to use
what I was charged for. What can I do? Is there any way to find the email address I used on the old account?

Microsoft has a no refund policy for all purchases. You need to monitor your son while he is using your console. There really isn't much for you to do.



I assume that the account he downloaded on was yours and not his own. But if there is a child account, you can make it so that account cannot make purchases:

You could also password protect your account so it will ask for your password every time you sign in:

http://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing-and-subscriptions/account-security/password-protect-account. This will not protect your account if it is already signed in though



Other than that, there isn't anything you can do. Just gotta be more careful next time.

How do I get my money back?

I woke up this morning to find that my 10 year old had added 6000 points to our xbox live account! How do I counter act this payment and get my money back! He said he didn't realize it cost anything to add points!!
