HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK??

I accidentally bought the wrong version of Minecraft (Windows 10) when I have a Macbook. Yes this was a stupid mistake, but should’ve been a redeemable refund after. I contacted both Minecraft and microsoft for a refund, and ONLY Minecraft responded, but
could not help me. Microsoft’s 14 day policy was now nearing and I continued to make requests, but of COURSE, as soon as the deadline passed, they emailed me saying it was too late. Is this not scamming me out of my money?? They won’t accept my request for
a refund and it’s extremely frustrating!!! I need help!!

Awesome thanks, that’s helpful. On the website, it already says my request was denied as the person behind the support email didn’t really care to further help. I will try contact them personally/request a callback.
