How do I get my [mod removed] account back? I’m severely upset

I was playing games just fine yesterday morning before work. I went to work for a few hours and then came home to start playing my game again after a stressful day, but when I went to sign into my Xbox series S, I was hit with a “there is unusual activity on your account” and had to verify my account. All of my info is not up to date, the phone number I was asked to send a code to is not in service anymore, and neither is the email I used to create the account almost 10 years ago (I used my school issued email because I was 12). I went through the verification form and filled it out with all correct info, and was sent an email saying they could not help me because the school email was creating a problem and I had to contact their IT department to fix my problem, but I can’t do that because I graduated from highschool 5 years ago and the email is no longer available. I called Microsoft support using a different Xbox account (since that’s the only way I could contact someone with a heartbeat) and told them my problem, but was told that there was no suspicious activity on my account and that they can’t help me, and to submit a verification form again. So I did, and was sent an email that says I had insufficient information even though I entered all the same stuff as before!!!!! WHAT THE HELL DO I DO?!?!?!? IVE SPENT SO MUCH MONEY ON MY ACCOUNT THAT IS JUST DUST IN THE WIND NOW AND IM PISSED OFF!!!!!

This is an example of why its so important to make sure your account information is up to date. Without access to your security proofs (the email or phone number) its going to prove to be very difficult to get the account back as you have realized.

That being said as far as I am aware you're only option in these instances would be to keep trying the form. Wish i had a better answer for you.

I’ve tried all of these steps I’m not some sort of [mod removed]. You can get my money back in my bank account bunch of ripping [mod removed] I will not wait another 24-48 hours as it says on the game that it should be automatically deposited into the characters bank account with in the next hour so get my money back to me

I get that completely, I’m just (Mod Removed) because it’s (Mod Removed) stupid how it works. They shouldn’t be able to basically block me from JAVA when I never purchased the game from them, I spent $20 on a game from MOJANG. They should’ve never done that stupid account migration bull (Mod Removed)

Hey, I’m having the same problem I remove my account, put it back on restarted my consul. Several times unplugged my consul restarted the router. Made sure everything was up-to-date and it is still not working. I just do not know what’s going on.

I’m not sure how my son found this person but he sent him money to create a mod account. Is there anyway to get a mod account for gta 5?
