How do I get my Minecraft account back?

Hey everybody,

I had the opportunity to play Minecraft via my Microsoft account until November 14.

Since yesterday I get the message "Your specified Microsoft account does not exist", when I try to log myself in.

Also, I could not log in to Microsoft with the mentioned email address. The account just didn't seem to exist.

However, I was able to create a new Microsoft account with the same email address. Now I have this problem:

I no longer have access to my actual Minecraft account and have a "new" Microsoft account without the purchased Minecraft license.

I have already contacted the support of Minecraft, but they have pointed me to the Microsoft Support, since they are no longer responsible for the Java Edition since September 19.

Thank you for your consideration but I tried to contact the Xbox support and I can't find a good way to describe the problem. I also tried to contact the virtual agent but it cannot deal with the problem that I have.

I would but I have no idea what Microsoft account he linked it to, so all I really know is the old minecraft.net account information like the email, username, and password.

I am afraid that no one will be able to change your account email address except the owner or the person who have full access to it. What happened when you tried to use the hacker's email address in the recovery process?
